Spacious and modern apartment, conveniently located near transportation, restaurants, and shops. Parking was convenient, although a bit confusing at times. the apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great balcony to enjoy. the hostess was friendly and met us easily at the designated location. it was a great value for the money, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

There were a few minor cleanliness issues, such as grit on the floors and dust balls in the corners. the kitchen could have been better cleaned.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly friendly and explained everything to me. The location was perfect, as it was right next to a train station and a big shopping center. It was extremely convenient for me to explore the city and do some shopping. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities. I particularly loved the huge TV with internet channels and the comfortable beds. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

cocoon 77 apartment was a delightful surprise. after staying in stuttgart before, this time the spacious, modern apartment with lots of natural light truly impressed us. the friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed, from tv channels in multiple languages to laundry soap. the location, on top of a shopping center and close to both the train station and city center, was perfect.

Parking was a hassle.
