Best aspects of my stay during Christmas at this hotel were the spacious and comfortable rooms and the convenient location. the rooms were big enough to accommodate all our belongings and provided a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. the hotel's location was ideal, with key attractions and transport links just a short walk away. Another advantage I enjoyed was the availability of multiple charging sockets in the room, making it convenient to charge all our electronic devices.

Worst aspects of my stay during Christmas at this hotel were the early morning disturbances and the lack of heating in one of the rooms. the cleaning staff woke us up early on two mornings, disrupting our much-needed sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and attractions, such as the historic harbor districts and the Elbphilarmonie. Lots of activities for kids nearby. The parking facilities are available for a reasonable price.

Oh, I just loved waiting in endless queues at the breakfast restaurant and dealing with low water pressure in the room shower. Absolutely delightful!

This hotel is in a great location, with plenty of dining options nearby. We found the staff members at the Front Desk to be really friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests. The rooms themselves were standard for a 4-star hotel, but the bed was very comfortable. We were also quite happy with the breakfast options here.

Although this hotel was not as central as suggested, the location was still close to the center and the main train station. During peak times, such as when coach parties are checking in, there can be a bit of congestion at the reception.
