This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! From the perfect location in the city to the jaw-dropping views, everything about my stay here was super. The staff treated me like a real-life princess, providing excellent service and pampering. The spa treatments were heavenly, and the elegant rooms made me feel like royalty. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was a must-try. The hotel's old-world elegance and charming atmosphere added to the overall experience. I can't wait to return and bring my family and/or friends next time!

I had the pleasure of staying at the stylish and luxurious Hotel Europaischer Hof in Heidelberg. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure that nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were gorgeously decorated with sumptuous furnishings and the beds were enormous and comfortable. I especially loved the double doors in my room, which ensured a peaceful and quiet stay. The hotel's attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the beautiful fresh flowers to the stunning decor in the bar lounge area. The breakfast room was a delightful experience, with sparkling white linen and the sweet scent of fresh lilies. my stay exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back.

Despite these incredible experiences, I did have a minor disappointment with my breakfast choice. The "sweet" plate didn't include a croissant or roll as I had expected.

The location was perfect, with everything we needed in walking distance. The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised us with rose petals and candles in our room on our last night.

The attentive staff went out of their way to fulfill every request, from arranging private facilities to recommending personalized spa treatments. With its impeccable location, exploring the area is a breeze from here. The rooftop pool and sun terrace offer a stunning view of the surrounding area, while the in-room amenities and exclusive restaurant provide a truly indulgent experience.

The only minor issue was the lack of free parking which made it challenging to navigate the surrounding area. However, the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful in suggesting alternatives.
