This hotel in Munich's quiet neighborhood is excellent value for money. The rooms are fresh and clean, with a full equipped kitchen and good amenities. The location is very convenient, with S bahn and Tram stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by green walking zones, perfect for a peaceful stroll.

There was one minor issue that could be improved. The noise from outside, like a transformer or something, was slightly audible.

The carpets in the hotel could use some updating.

My son and I had a great stay at Living Hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center. We loved the breakfast, and the staff was friendly. The modern bathroom and wonderful shower were a highlight. Plus, we appreciated the complimentary local lager and mineral water in the mini-bar.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable due to two singles pushed together. We didn't have time to request a room change, which was a missed opportunity.

Convenient location near metro, shops and restaurants. Clean and peaceful single room with a nice view. Excellent bathroom. Helpful staff. Good breakfast variety.

Loved the location, close to everything! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get up. The bathroom was a dream, instant hot water!

Who needs internet for longer than an hour? And the "kitchen" was a joke, no pots or utensils.

The breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff members were friendly and welcoming. the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and within walking distance of several restaurants and cafes. the room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for my business trip.

The noise level was quite high during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom that detracted from my overall experience.

They even went the extra mile and gave us a different room to ensure our comfort. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the main train station and plenty of local restaurants nearby. the room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a good shower and tea/coffee facilities. the hotel receptionist made our 40th wedding anniversary trip extra special by welcoming us with drinks and local jam. We would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly service, and great amenities.

I recently stayed at Living Hotel for a work Christmas party and had a great experience. The location was perfect with easy access to the airport and public transportation. There were also plenty of supermarkets nearby for convenience. The receptionist, Ms. Melati, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The room layout was excellent, and the shower/bathroom were really nice. The vanity and table were a bonus for getting ready. The check-in process was fast, and the staff were helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was ample storage space. The small kitchen area with complimentary beers and water was a nice touch. The overall value for the price and amenities was fantastic, and I would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the city center. the duplex rooms on the top floor were lovely, with a balcony and a large window facing the bed. the hotel offered a gym, sauna, and steam room, as well as free WiFi with good signal strength in the room. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable in English. the rooms were clean, and the towels were replaced daily without needing to ask. the location, near Rosenheimer Platz station, was very convenient for exploring the city and for travel to and from the airport.
