Just outside the city of Passau and conveniently located along the cycle route, this hotel was a great choice for us. We were able to easily access the city center and market to buy supplies for our trip. The hotel's proximity to a good Italian restaurant was also a bonus.

On the negative side, the lack of air conditioning in the room made it a bit uncomfortable during warmer days.

The staff at Dormero Hotel Passau were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, feeling tired and hungry after a long day of travel. The receptionist, Carina, went out of her way to ensure a smooth check-in process and even recommended a nearby restaurant where I could get a delicious meal. She made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

Although the hotel did not have air conditioning, the staff provided me with a fan upon request. This helped keep the room cool and made it more bearable during the hot summer weather.

The service at this place was top-notch, with room service and dry cleaning available. The room amenities were also impressive, with a well-stocked mini-bar and a cozy sitting area. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the room. Furthermore, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and were always willing to assist with any queries I had. a fantastic experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite a delay at reception due to slow systems. The decor was quite quirky, which we found quite funny. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and looked newly renovated with modern fittings. We also appreciated the good storage for our bicycles.
