Convenient location, with tram stop just outside. Breakfast included and good. Excellent cleanliness and helpful cleaning staff. Would definitely stay again. Tram offers affordable transport to Strasbourg for sightseeing.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and had a good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel smelled strongly of smoke which was very unpleasant. During our stay, our room was uncomfortably warm and noisy due to a bar located nearby.

The kitchen staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was well-stocked and clean. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being right next to a tram stop, making it easy to get around and explore the city. I had a pleasant stay at Europa and would recommend it to others.
