We had a fantastic experience at Europaischer Hof! the location was perfect, with art museums, the city center, and the metro all within walking distance. the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. the spa facilities, including the sauna and swimming pool, were top-notch. And let's not forget about the amazing breakfast buffet! There was a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both sweet and hearty cravings. We couldn't ask for more!

We had a wonderful stay here. This place is located right towards the main railway station, making it convenient for us to explore the area and access public transport. The room was soundproofed and very spacious, with all the necessary amenities, such as a mini-bar and an in-room safe. In addition, the hotel offers free luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and Wi-Fi. The staff, especially the receptionist from Freiburg, was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Although we did experience a slight issue with the lack of a coffee or tea maker in the room, it did not detract from our overall positive experience. The friendly staff were always on hand to assist us with any other requests we had.

The location, shopping, and staff were wonderful. The service was top-notch, and the swimming pool and hot tub were a great addition before breakfast. The high-class parking in the basement was convenient, and the breakfast until 12:00 was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is super convenient, just opposite the main station. It's excellent for backpackers as it's right next to the train station, literally a 3-minute walk. The hotel offers a cool pool and the breakfast was great, with plenty of room to choose a table. They even lend out umbrellas, so you don't have to bring one. There are lots of food choices nearby and the hotel provides free WiFi. They also give you a free public transportation pass for the duration of your stay, which is perfect for exploring the city. Plus, there are tons of shopping and tourist sites within walking distance.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station, bus station, and Alster lake. Within a short walking distance, there were plenty of restaurants offering a variety of international cuisines. I really appreciated the complimentary travel card provided by the hotel, which made exploring the city hassle-free.

The quality did not match the price I paid. the pictures online were misleading, and the room I stayed in did not have air conditioning.
