During our recent stay at Flottwell Berlin Hotel & Residenz Am Park, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the cleanliness of the facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it a great choice for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, providing us with extra pillows and even offering assistance in jump-starting our car. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, providing easy access to all city attractions. The rooms are spacious and bright, with beautiful furnishings and all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and very helpful, providing information and even posting letters. The hotel also offers free safety boxes and ample wardrobe space.

The light on the table could be a bit stronger.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location is perfect - situated in a newly developed area on the edge of a park, with easy access to public transportation. Lastly, the rooms have a clean and functional style, with a small kitchen and a good bathroom. Plus, the breakfast was a delightful surprise with a variety of tasty and unusual items available.

One thing we appreciated was the silent fridge in the room, which allowed us to store our drinks and snacks without being disturbed.

Our experience was not great as we arrived during Christmas season and found out that the hotel was short staffed, which made our check-in process slow and stressful. there were no staff available during weekends to assist us with any inquiries and this affected our ability to enjoy our stay to the fullest.

I recently stayed at the Flottwell Hotel in Berlin for a few days. The hotel had everything I needed and more. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, with a subway station nearby and the "Station Berlin" expo-area within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the small touches like the desk, lighting, and bathrobe. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.
