We had a lovely one night stay at Gasthof Butz! We were welcomed and provided our room quickly. The staff was kind to let us keep our car parked in front until parking opened in the public lot directly in front of the Gasthof. The breakfast spread was pleasant & the service was wonderful. The room furnishings are a bit older, but the location and hospitality more than account for that.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

What a awesome place to stay! The location is mind-blowing, right in the heart of everything. And guess what? There's a doctor right across the plaza if you need one! The staff were super helpful and really pleasant. The building itself is a jaw-dropping historical gem. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at a lovely sixth-generation private hotel in the heart of the old town. the location was perfect, just 100 meters from the town hall square. the host and his mother greeted us warmly and our room had a view of Kapellenplatz. the cozy old-style interior of the public areas added to the charm of the place. the restaurant downstairs served delicious and affordable meals, and we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Parking was convenient, with spacious public parking available in front of the hotel at a reasonable price during the day and free at night. the wifi was greatly improved since our last visit a few years ago. Our room was basic but clean and neat, perfect for our short stay.
