My recent stay at H2 Hotel Dusseldorf City was fantastic. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ensuring the rooms were clean and the breakfast options were plentiful. Plus, the hotel had great amenities like an onsite restaurant and daily room cleaning.

I did face a small inconvenience during check-in, as there was an IT failure that caused a delay. However, the staff worked quickly to find a solution and personally escorted us to our rooms.

The breakfast was quite generous and the staff were friendly. They even gave us a free drink as part of the check-in process which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was convenient, being situated in a safe area that was suitable for solo travellers. the room was quite spacious and modern.

Another issue was the room for four consisting of two bunk beds, which might not be suitable for families. the noise level in our room was quite high, which was not helped by the air conditioning unit.

The staff at H2 Hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. Pedro and Gustavo made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The assistant manager, who was Asian with a German background, went above and beyond to assist me with train and bus schedules and gave excellent directions to the train and airport. Their knowledge and efficiency were impressive.

The only downside to my stay at H2 Hotel was that I felt special, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
