The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and attractions in Hamburg. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, making me feel welcome. Staying at the H4 Hotel was a great experience. As a UK driver, having on-site parking that was easy to access was a godsend. I arrived late and didn't want to deal with the train system, so the fact that it was only a 20-minute taxi ride to Hamburg was very convenient. the hotel even arranged a taxi for me, making my trip even easier. the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, like a fridge, tea kettle, and coffee machine. the breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff were helpful. it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, perfect for a short trip to Hamburg.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, making our romantic escape even more special. the shower worked well and had good pressure, and the breakfast had a wide range of choices. the location was also great as it was only a short walk from the train station and there was plenty to explore nearby.

My experience was marred by a mistake with my credit card payment. They were initially rude and it took a lot of effort to resolve the issue.

It is also conveniently close to the motorways and can be easily accessed by S-bahn no 21. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as a fridge, tea kettle, and coffee machine. Breakfast decent. Location a bit far but good S-Bahn connection. Clean rooms, outdated interior in decent condition. Helpful staff, good bar open until 1AM. 5 min walk to train station, fast connection to city center.

The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with extensive hours on the weekends. The room and bathroom were super clean, and the beds were jaw-droppingly comfortable. The staff, except for one occasion, were remarkable and the restaurant service was excellent. The hotel is located conveniently near a train station, a shopping mall, and a food market. a very nice and comfortable stay.
