The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and caring. They made my business trip feel like home, giving me the perfect place to recharge after a long flight. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the main train station. One great advantage is the central air conditioning, which is really important in Germany's summer season. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

The limited pedestrian roads due to the nearby renovation. It made it a bit difficult to navigate with heavy luggage.

We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of choices. The free and fast Wifi was an added bonus, allowing us to connect multiple devices.

I stayed at Hotel Hamburger Hof for a quick stopover and was extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly and promptly handled my wifi issue by moving me to another room. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. The location near the train station and subway made travel convenient. The room had a great shower and was regularly cleaned. a great value for money and perfect for solo travelers.

The room was quiet and comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Despite the small elevator, the staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the German seeded "brotchen". we had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a hotel over Thanksgiving and it had some good parts to it. the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They even gave us complementary fruits at check-in, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great, very near to the train station and shopping area. We could easily get around the city on foot. the room was generally clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom.

We didn’t entirely enjoy our stay at the hotel. the lift was very small and often crowded with people and luggage, which made it hard to navigate.

The location is unbeatable, right across the street from the main train station and a short walk to the fairgrounds. I had an amazing stay at Hamburger Hof hotel. the location was perfect, right across from the train station but still quiet. It was a short walk to Romerberg and there was a beautiful river walk nearby. the hotel was fully updated and modern, with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Jennifer, Maria, and Vickie, who went above and beyond to assist us when we lost a cell phone. the breakfast was delicious and the overall experience was outstanding.
