I had a really pleasant surprise during my stay at this hotel. its location couldn't be more convenient - right in front of the train station in Mainz. This made it so easy for me to explore the city and its surroundings. The room was newly remodeled and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed with crisp white linen. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. And the best part? Breakfast was included in the rate! All in all, this hotel definitely offers great value for money.

Despite being a great location close to transportation services, the experience was unpleasant. the staff was unwelcoming from check-in to check-out, did not offer assistance with luggage at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was exceptionally convenient, right across from the train station. The hotel was clean, and the staff, especially Mr. Kapoor, was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had excellent facilities, including a mini-bar with reasonable prices. The breakfast room was available, but I preferred having breakfast in my room. The hotel had a great selection of local red wine, which I really enjoyed. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the air conditioning worked well, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking.
