We had a great stay at this hotel, which was located on top of a hill with amazing views of the surrounding area, including the castle. The location was perfect for us, as it was an easy walk to the castle and away from the crowded town center. The room was spacious and comfortable with nice facilities, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. The view from the terrace during meals was breathtaking.

We did find that the bathroom was a bit small compared to the size of the room.

We enjoyed the scenic location and stunning views from our room. the hotel's breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of delicious options. the proximity to nearby attractions made it a convenient spot for our romantic escape.

The staff seemed annoyed and dismissive, and spoke very little English. It made it difficult to enjoy our time there, and was a bit of a disappointment during what was otherwise meant to be a relaxing escape.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in Eisenach, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and individually decorated rooms at Haus Hainstein. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I particularly loved the lovely view from the terrace of the World Heritage Site on the Wartburg. The location was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to nearby attractions such as Bach's and Luther's houses. Additionally, the hotel provided good value for money, especially considering the size of the rooms. The surroundings were also delightful, with a beautiful forest and plenty of birds to observe. The breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the one evening barbecue was excellent. I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Haus Hainstein was definitely worth the money! The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the Wartburg Castle. The location was ideal, with beautiful walks and easy access to Bach's and Luther's houses. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options for non-German speakers.

The location in the mountains provides breathtaking views, especially the rooms with good views or a view of the castle. Additionally, the breakfast offers a beautiful view of the Wartburg Castle, making it an amazing start to the day.
