On our romantic escape, we were pleased with the amenities offered at the hotel. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful touches like a pillow spray and an ice bucket. The breakfast selection was impressive, with attentive staff and even the option of having a custom-made omelette. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with the old town just a short stroll away.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. This led to a lack of assistance and unhelpful responses from the reservations manager.

The Hilton Heidelberg was fabulous - modern, comfortable, and with character. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, bath, and shower. The pool was great and the pool bar was not expensive. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was conveniently located near the old town, river, restaurants, and shops.
