Staying at this lovely hotel along the riverwalk is truly a gem. The views are breathtaking, especially during sunset, and the outdoor terrace is the perfect spot for a drink. Plus, the proximity to the river enhances the overall ambiance, making for a relaxing atmosphere both inside and out.

However, breakfast pricing could be more reasonable to encourage more guests to partake.

The unique dining experience at the Wine Stube was exceptional, offering a cozy ambiance paired with delightful local wines.

I encountered issues with the air conditioning, as it struggled to keep my room cool during warmer nights, making it uncomfortable at times.

The carpets in the corridors are old and dusty!!! I encountered issues with the daily parking activation process!!! Air conditioning struggles to keep rooms cool during heat waves!!! The restaurant menu lacks variety compared to previous stays!!!

the hotel is right by the beautiful rhine river with lovely views and a great terrace for relaxing. rooms are clean and spacious with fantastic air conditioning. breakfast offerings were delicious served in a relaxing setting. quick access to the historic old town made exploring easy.

Had an incredible experience thanks to the staff, especially two hospitality hosts who really went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. One morning I needed some extra eggs for breakfast, and they got it done immediately, no questions asked. The river view room I had was great, very comfortable and clean and I never needed to rent a car, everything I needed was just a short walk away.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable when considering the quality of service provided.

The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the river and conveniently located near the vibrant city area. Room service was prompt and the restaurant offered a wide array of delicious options!

However, the check-in process could be faster, and there was a slight noise disturbance from ongoing cleaning in the morning.
