The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast and shower pressure are great. The area is quiet, with a nice blue light in the shower. The AC is a nice addition, and the beds are comfortable. Coffee facilities in the rooms are useful.

Great location, within walking distance of the Rhein and the Alstadt, with major shopping on the way. Helpful staff with good English skills. The bathroom was impressive, with high sinks that were perfect for a tall person like me. The walk-in shower had a large soap rack, and the room was comfortable with air conditioning and a good-sized bed.

I also appreciated the window directly to the smoking "terrace" and the additional comfort of having a sofa. Moreover, having breakfast included was a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day.

The heating in the room wasn't functioning properly, despite reporting it to the front desk twice. It was quite uncomfortable to have to rely solely on the blankets to keep warm during a cold winter night.
