We had a great stay at this hotel during our recent trip. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. the breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious and had a good variety of options. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better.

This was made up for by the clean and cozy bedding. Another thing to note was that the hotel was a bit noisy at times, but we were able to sleep through it for the most part.

Noisy rooms with thin walls.

our 4th time in dortmund and holiday inn express was by far the best! loved the close proximity to the u-bahn and the delicious breakfast buffet. the staff were amazing, quickly accommodating our family with spacious sleeping arrangements and providing helpful parking advice. we'll definitely be back!
