My recent stay at a hotel in Hamburg was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided us with useful local sightseeing advice and answered all of our questions. the room itself was comfortable, with a great location and view. the bed was of good quality, and everything was clean and tidy. the hotel was conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to explore the city.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Hamburg that was conveniently located near an underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious and provided a good start to the day. I appreciated the secure holding area for luggage upon early arrival. The rooms were comfortable, and I felt safe with the swipe card access. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and amenities.

Great location near two metro stations and easy to find. Breakfast was plenty with good variety and value for money. the parking garage was a good option with reasonable prices.

The room was quite hot even with the heating turned off and the noise from the busy street outside was bothersome. the reception staff could use some training on guest relations as they were not knowledgeable about the IHG membership perks and some were even rude.

My family and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Hamburg for three nights. We had a great experience from start to finish. COM, the staff at check-in were wonderful in explaining the situation and resolving it efficiently. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a fantastic halal Persian restaurant just a few meters away. The hotel offered ample parking at a reasonable price, and there was a supermarket conveniently located nearby. we were impressed with the friendly staff, decent breakfast, and the hotel's excellent location.

Despite the positive aspects of our stay, there is one issue that could be improved. The breakfast area was quite chaotic, as we were warned it would be busy.

This hotel is a great choice for a visit to the city, with its convenient location between two U-bahn stations, allowing for easy access into the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good quality bed and a quite large bathroom. The breakfast served is of good quality, and the value for money is excellent. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities and even includes a sofa bed in the rooms.

All was good with my stay at this hotel.
