We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn in Hafencity. the hotel provided great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from neighboring rooms. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. the rooms appeared new and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the convenience of pasta being available past 10 pm. the location was ideal, situated in the charming Speicherstadt area and close to bus and train U4 connections. We were able to walk easily to the UNESCO-listed Speicherstadt and the city center. the bar offered a relaxing atmosphere with excellent wine and food options. the breakfast provided a wide range of delicious dishes, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Hamburg. the Holiday Inn was clean and the staff was very accommodating. the room size was comfortable, including a spacious bathroom, which was a plus for wheelchair users. the location was convenient, right next to a metro stop and close to office locations in Hamburg HafenCity. There was also a lovely park nearby to take a relaxing walk. the breakfast provided plenty of options and was excellent. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location was great, very close to a metro station which made it easy to get around. the hotel had complementary coffee and tea available in the rooms. Breakfast wasn't necessary as there were plenty of cafés nearby. the room was also spacious and modern, really nice.

The price was too high for what was offered. the staff wasn't very helpful when my wife had an issue with her key cards.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic breakfast spread, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, value for money, and outstanding service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As a family with children, we found the hotel to be an excellent choice for our stay. It may not be in the city center, but it's conveniently located in the HafenCity area of Hamburg. We enjoyed taking a leisurely 25-minute stroll over the bridges to reach the UNESCO Heritage area and explore the local cafes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design that we really liked. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided wonderful service, always ready to assist us with any request. The breakfast had a great selection of dishes, including healthy options. We particularly appreciated the good internet connection, which made it easy for both us and the children to stay connected.

The complimentary drinking water was not provided, which would have been a nice touch for the guests.
