I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right next to the bridge, with spectacular views of the river and the Old Bridge. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenience of the parking, as I was able to park in a nearby parkhaus with a discount ticket provided by the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The value for money was excellent. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable with a bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town with a stunning view of the Neckar River. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with welcome drinks, helpful information, and even surprising my father-in-law with a birthday card and gift.

This hotel is in an awesome location by the river and under the amazing palace. You can see the historic bridge from your room with the large windows. The staff is super friendly and the room has all the basic amenities you need, even with a nice big desk to do some work.

Additionally, it was situated in central Heidelberg, making it convenient to explore the city's main attractions.
