This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me print documents during my first stay. I recommend enjoying the breakfast here. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Our room had a lovely view of the

river and the iconic Old Bridge, which made waking up a delight. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with local recommendations. Just be prepared for a bit of street noise at night if your room faces the road.

The hotel is ideally located just steps from the pedestrian center and offers captivating views of the old town and castle. The breakfast selection was delightful and set us up perfectly for our sightseeing adventures. The staff's warmth and assistance truly enhanced our stay.

However, reaching our room on the fourth floor was a bit of a trek, as the elevator doesn't go all the way. Plus, we faced some parking challenges, as the nearby garage was confusing to navigate. We ended up paying more than expected due to limited options.

The reception was warm and welcoming, and although

there were a few hiccups during the stay, like the wet bathroom floor initially, the staff promptly moved us to a better room. The balcony view of the Neckar River was unforgettable! Also, breakfast options were varied but a bit pricey.

Request an upgraded room on higher floors for stunning views of the Neckar River and the old town. Don't miss the breakfast for a true local experience.

Consider arriving early to unload your luggage, as the loading area can get congested with tourists on weekends.

such a charming hotel, but i can't get over the fluctuating temperatures in the shower! went from freezing to scalding in mere seconds. also, the parking situation is just ridiculous, especially with a parade blocking my way. i woudl ve liked a welcome gift, but guess that’s reserved for the more important guests. didn't think i’d have to deal with this nonsense.

Perfect location near the river and just a 10-minute walk to the Kongresszentrum and Stadthalle. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was awesome. Loved the nearby restaurants and shops. The view from our room was stunning!

However, we had some parking issues. The garage directions were confusing, making it hard to find without additional help.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the lack of air conditioning, which made our room uncomfortably hot, forcing us to leave the windows open. This also led to significant street noise, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, while the breakfast was adequate, it was rather overpriced and lacked freshness, which was disappointing given the other delightful meals we had during our trip.

my stay was less than perfect. furthermore, the walk to park my car was a tortuous uphill journey. i also expected at least a complimentary bottle of water for the inconvenience, but clearly they reserve such luxuries for their 'preferred' guests. i just couldn’t deal with it.

We had a lovely four-night stay, enjoying a huge room and beautiful views. Only downside was the noisy breakfast area. I’d definitely return!

Amazing riverside views from our room! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful 😊. The breakfast was delicious, although a bit pricey at 14 euros each.

The dining room felt like a cave—well, a cozy cave, but still! And if you thought getting to our room was a stroll in the park, think again—more like a mini expedition!
