The hotel's location in the historic center was superb. Carola, the manager, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

We had a fantastic city trip and enjoyed every moment at this charming hotel. the location was unbeatable, situated in the heart of the historic center, we were able to visit everything on foot. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the spacious rooms. the beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and convenient. Breakfast was also great and offered a good range of food to choose from.

The hotel was a bit outdated, and a few things needed attention, such as the upholstery that looked tired and could use a refresh. We had an issue with the language barrier as the receptionist didn't speak our native language.
