Reception open at 4am, helpful staff, efficient breakfast, smooth checkout. Ideal location, friendly staff, discounted rental bikes, charming property with balcony view. I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance to many attractions. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city and the nearby park without having to travel far.

This place would be great for families too.

The staff at Hotel Am Luisenplatz went above and beyond when I had car troubles and arrived late at night. They stayed open until 4 in the morning to help me check in and even helped me park the replacement car. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient throughout my stay. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide range of choices. Checking out was a breeze with no delays. The hotel's central location in Potsdam was worth every penny and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the old town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. It is also situated very close to the Sansouci gardens, providing a beautiful natural setting. The rooms are spacious and charming, with balconies offering lovely views of the surrounding area.

One small drawback is that the breakfast area can get crowded, especially when tour groups are present.

the bedding was quite soft, which might not suit all guests - but this was a minor issue overall.
