Ideal location for exploring Baden-Baden.

I was shocked by the poor service during my stay. The promised management assistance turned into a chaotic experience, as a lack of communication resulted in my family being left without the room we were promised, leading to a frustrating confrontation that ruined our trip.

absolutely not worth the price! no hot water, and the heating was only on for the weekend, not in the middle of the week when we were freezing! expected some sort of compensation for this inconvenience, but it seems like they don’t value their guests. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

What they won’t tell you about this.

A hidden gem, centrally located down a quaint cobbled street, it was peaceful with church bells and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. Breakfast had an impressive variety, especially the homemade yogurt!

Cobbled streets can be tricky for luggage, while the cozy lounge had limited drink options. Parking, though available, might seem overpriced compared to local standards of 8€/day.

this hotel is a lil gem! the location is super central, just a couple mins walk to attractions. breakfast was amazin with homemade yogurt and fresh eggs. the staff were really friendly and it felt like family. loved the cozy lounge with free coffee and snacks!

just wish the pillows were a bit firmer and it was kinda hot with no ac. had to keep the windows open.
