The service was top-notch, from the room service and housekeeping to the laundry facilities. We also appreciated the warm welcome drink and the help with organizing tours and tickets. The room amenities were excellent, including the heating, mini-bar, and sitting area. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. We also loved the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The hotel's dining restaurant offered delicious meals, and we enjoyed the convenience of in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area provided a relaxing space to unwind, and we were even able to get packed lunches for our day trips. The staff here were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The leisure garden area was a lovely spot to relax, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The luggage storage and locker room were convenient for our early arrival, and the express check-in/-out made our departure hassle-free. The hotel also offered fun activities like mini golf, hiking, and cycling. I had a great experience at Hotel Am See. When we arrived late due to unexpected delays, the check-in process was smooth and convenient. They had a system in place to ensure we could get our key and go straight to our room, which was extremely reassuring, especially with a toddler in tow and pouring rain outside.
