Excellent coffee quality. Friendly and flexible staff. Lovely tree views from room and bird sightings during breakfast. Quiet location away from busy roads. Clean rooms with a forest-like ambiance. Good breakfast variety with helpful service. Limited but accessible basement amenities. Close proximity to restaurants and Munich.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel located in an industrial area. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always providing helpful service. The room I stayed in was clean and well-equipped, with a fridge and minibar. I enjoyed a tasty breakfast every morning, and the hotel provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

I did notice a slight noise from the nearby industrial activities, which could disturb some guests.
