Quirky hotel in a residential area, 5 mins to tram and river. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean. Comfortable, stylish rooms with AC or fans available. Good continental breakfast, option for cooked extras. Small pool for hot days. Parking available. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the tram into town. You can reach the city center in about 10 minutes by tram or 15-20 minutes by taxi. The hotel itself is surrounded by a beautiful garden with Thai decorations, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are individually designed and decorated in a Laura Ashley style, with antiques and paintings. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers plenty of fresh bread, cereals, and juices. The hotel also has a restaurant with its own unique atmosphere.

Some rooms might experience noise from the restaurant or other guests, which can make it difficult to fall asleep.

The hotel was not properly renovated and some of the rooms were in desperate need of updating. The heating was not working properly, making it almost unbearable during the cold winter nights.
