Stunning location right at the lake, with a large garden to relax in. The hotel's historical charm and individual rooms create a unique atmosphere. The breakfast room is a treat with its beautifully decorated tables. Despite a few minor issues mentioned in other reviews, my stay at Hotel Barleben Am See was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it! I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

What a romantic escape! the historic house was beautifully decorated and offered a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. the location was perfect for a lover's getaway, as it was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. the privacy of the large lot made for an intimate experience with my partner. the breakfast spread was delicious and the staff accommodating.

We were hoping for a peaceful night's sleep, but were woken up multiple times by other guests coming and going from their rooms.
