The hotel rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. The breakfast menu was excellent and varied. The hotel staff, including the Zimmermädchen, were friendly and helpful. The small evening meal option was convenient.

The lack of coffee facilities in the rooms or a coffee machine in the foyer is a drawback, especially for guests who would appreciate a cup of coffee after a long day or before going to bed.

During my New Year stay, the hotel offered an enjoyable breakfast that included a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the city center and a few tourist attractions. the bed was also comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

Although there were positive aspects, the hotel lacked the possibility to make tea or coffee in the room or access a coffee machine in the lobby, which would have been a nice touch. the heating in the room was not adjustable, causing it to feel too warm at times.
