Great location near the lake promenade and convenient parking. The staff was friendly and spoke English.

The room had a dirty bathroom with moldy tiles and an old mirror. The room itself was outdated and not worth the price.

As young travelers, we loved the hotel's vintage look and infrastructure, adding another memorable touch to our trip. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot or using public transportation, with the lake right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the railway station was just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with everything we needed, and the AC worked well. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options.

We felt special during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The Plaza Hotel provided a lovely stay with a beautifully decorated and spacious room. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in assisting with parking during bad weather. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the old city center, Zeppelin Museum, and a promenade along the lake. The room had modern upgrades, such as USB ports and a new TV, and was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The hotel also had an opulent lounge/bar area and restaurant for guests to enjoy.
