We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated on the promenade next to the Rhine and close enough to the main train station. It was convenient for us to explore all the attractions we were interested in. The room was large, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and provided us with everything we needed, including an iron and a kettle. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our room.

The lack of an elevator in the hotel, but they have a dumb-waiter for transporting heavy luggage.
