The tram stop across the street was incredibly convenient for exploring the city without the hassle of parking. I loved the patio in the garden, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of hiking. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the small bar in the lobby was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel. Overall I will recommend this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with good beds and facilities. The location, although outside the city center, was easily accessible by tram, making it convenient to explore the area.

The family room was very spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was abundant with fresh food and coffee. Plus, the hotel has a convenient parking lot, and it is located near public transport and a supermarket.

The receptionist seemed understaffed and overwhelmed taking care of several guests at once, which made check-in and check-out delays. contacting customer service was a bit of a hassle when trying to process the room's return.
