This hotel is a good solution for visiting the city. its location is great, situated in a calm residential area on a quiet street, and pretty close to the center. Secondly, the staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome. Finally, the rooms are equipped with basic amenities and some even have a balcony, giving you a nice view of the internal courtyard. The bathrooms are also spacious, which is a plus.

All in all, everything was fine and there is nothing that needs improvement.

The location is fantastic - close to a shopping center and easy access to public transportation. the breakfast was exceptional and offered a variety of options. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a city break.

Some staff members didn't communicate effectively, causing some confusion during check-in and check-out. the outdated decor could use some modernizing.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near a metro station. You can easily reach the downtown area within 5 minutes by car or with 10-15 minutes using public transport. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, with comfortable beds and a big TV. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is good with quality food, and it is worth paying the extra 5€ for it.

The parking space is quite small and not suitable for larger cars.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cristal hotel. the room was beautiful and spacious, perfect for our family of four. the staff, from the reception to the cleaning team and breakfast staff, were all friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the excellent and reasonably priced breakfast buffet. the hotel's location next to the subway station was incredibly convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants just a block or two away. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
