During my recent Christmas vacation, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel located in a scenic location. the rooms were cozy, and the breakfast was decent. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains and the hiking trails around the area.

I experienced poor customer service as there was no one around to welcome me when I arrived, and I had trouble checking out as well. the hotelier accused me of leaving without paying my bill, which was not true.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside from my room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered fantastic facilities such as a pool and jacuzzi, which were great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The karaoke and casino facilities at the hotel were not operational during my stay.

The pool and jacuzzi were fully operational during my stay, providing a relaxing experience. The same was true on my previous visit, showcasing consistent maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.
