The spa and swimming pool were incredibly relaxing, and the view from the pool was unbeatable. But what truly stood out was the personal and warm service provided by the hotel staff, making us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located directly across the street from the Neuschwanstein castle, making it extremely convenient for visiting. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the castle from their rooms, and some even have balconies to relax on. Additionally, the staff at the hotel is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is also delicious and satisfying, ensuring guests start their day off right.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel just a stone's throw away from the famous fairytale castle. The location couldn't have been more ideal for exploring the area and taking in the breathtaking views. The view from our junior suite at Rubezahl was absolutely stunning! We were in awe of the beautiful scenery. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the castles and other attractions in the area. The bar staff, Josef and Chris, were amazing and their cocktails were top-notch. The food at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, the best we've had anywhere. We also enjoyed the extensive breakfast spread. The spa facilities were top-notch, although we didn't have a chance to use them. we had a truly special and memorable time at Rubezahl. We can't wait to return!

Spent Xmas at a hotel with great views of the castle, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The rooms were cozy and decorated in a modern-alpine style. The inclusive package was a great value and included tickets to nearby attractions and a flexible dining menu.

Some staff members were not accommodating to non-German speaking guests, and the language barrier made navigating the hotel a bit challenging. The pool was smaller than expected and had some unsafe slippery tiles.

Amazing staff, comfortable room, stunning view of Neuschwanstein Castle, delightful room service, fantastic breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at Das Rubezahl in Schwangau. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the stunning view of the mountains and castles. The staff made us feel welcome and the overall atmosphere was warm and friendly. The extensive facilities exceeded our expectations, especially the spa area with a wide range of choices. The food was delicious, offering a combination of local and traditional options. We also appreciated the convenient location, within walking distance of the castle and skiing activities.
