I recently stayed at Hotel Der Tannenbaum for a weekend getaway. The helpful front desk staff at the sister hotel provided us with a map, gave great recommendations for restaurants, and even helped us with transportation to the airport. The hotel itself is conveniently located near the old gate to the city, with fantastic restaurant options right on the doorstep. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice shower, fan, and great windows. In addition, there is a grocery store just across the street, making it easy to grab any essentials.

The location was great, close to city hall and within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage and moving it into our room for us. Clear instructions and easy check-in process. Would recommend and stay again.

Huge, clean room. Central location with easy access to attractions and train station. Nearby convenience include supermarkets and a nice bar serving good beer and traditional German food. Helpful staff, especially Bettina. Early breakfast at a reasonable price. Good decision for jetlag and great value for money.

Plus, the hotel's location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from Marienplatz and the subway station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It was nice to have a window overlooking a small park. I also appreciated the 24-hour check-in and the friendly staff. the room was spacious and the hotel sold snacks and beverages at reasonable prices.

No staff present during our entire stay , but the lobby in the sister hotel around the corner may explain this. the room was nice and well located, surprisingly quiet given the central location.

It was also relatively quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful sleep.

Finding the hotel using Google Maps was a bit challenging, as the entrance could use better signage. the internet connection in the room was not satisfactory, as I was unable to connect and work.
