The hotel is conveniently located very close to the town center, making it easy to walk to all the city center sites and the Weihnachtsmarkt. The rooms are well appointed and clean, with cozy and comfortable furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast, while not extravagant, offers a good selection of items and is a great value for the price. The hotel also offers free WiFi and parking facilities for guests' convenience.

One downside is the lack of an elevator, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

The hotel is in an excellent spot for walking to all the main attractions, and the breakfast spread was exceptional. With the cold weather outside, the heating system was top notch and kept the room warm and comfortable throughout the stay.

The three flights of stairs to get to the room were a struggle with luggage, and the small bathroom was a major inconvenience, especially for a tall person. The climb up and down got tiring, and the bathroom was far too cramped to be enjoyable.
