Shopping mall and dining options downstairs. Cleanest rooms, huge gym. Spacious for friends.

Convenient location and comfortable rooms with good amenities. The tram station next to the hotel made it easy to explore Basel. Despite some noise from the dance class in the first room, our upgraded air-conditioned room made a big difference. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay close to Basel.

The staff were exceptional, providing dry cleaning, wake-up service, and a lovely welcome drink. The room was comfortable, with a sofa bed and sitting area, and the bathroom was clean and fully equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and shower. There was even a sun terrace where you could relax and enjoy some leisure time.

The worst part was the unbearable heat in the room without any air conditioning or a fan. Not a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the bridge and on top of a shopping center. It's also close to the highway, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are spacious and accommodating, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast is normal, nothing special, but still a satisfactory start to the day. Additionally, there are good facilities available, such as parking underneath the hotel.

Room itself clean, spacious modern bathroom. Beds extremely comfortable. Convenient location within a mall with plenty of shopping opportunities. Reasonable room rate with a 10% discount for the all you can eat dinner buffet. Only 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

Room was quite stuffy with no air conditioning, but an electric fan was provided. Difficult to find the hotel property as signage was practically non-existent and confusing.
