The massage therapy and body treatments surpassed my expectations, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provide a peaceful atmosphere to unwind, while the manicure and pedicure services added a touch of pampering.

Although this hotel provides an exquisite experience, there was one minor issue I faced. While dining at the restaurant, the meal was delicious but the service was lacking in customer-centric approach.

The hotel location is great, being situated in a stunning valley with beautiful gardens. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of tasty options. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the wellness area, with numerous swimming pools, saunas, and jacuzzi, which was very tranquil and peaceful.

Our room was noisy as it faced the road and was not soundproofed. the dinner was slightly disappointing and not worth the money.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great spa and fitness facilities. Perfect location for hiking with hiking route just outside. Excellent breakfast and included lunch surprise. Lovely pool and outdoor area with beautiful views of the Black Forest.
