The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. They even provided us with an extra quilt when we mentioned we were from a tropical country and found the nights cold. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to various public transportation options. We especially loved taking tram 709, which took us on a beautiful day tour of the city's most stunning landscapes. the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and we had the luxury of a private and clean bathroom.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there was some noise from the neighboring rooms late at night, which disturbed our sleep.

Additionally, the room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location is another highlight, being close to both the Altstadt shopping district and the bus and subway stations. It was convenient to explore the city center from this hotel.

The staff, although not fluent in English, were very nice and made themselves clear. we were satisfied with the service provided.

The limited parking space was a bit inconvenient and required us to ask for a key every time we wanted to park our car.
