The hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore the shops and enjoy the Christmas market. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and provided good customer service.- The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. There was a variety of options to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty.

The internet in the room was very unreliable. It was difficult to stay connected and it became frustrating when trying to use it for work or leisure purposes.

Exceptional city centre option. Staff incredibly accommodating, especially to my granddaughter. Excellent facilities, super breakfast and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

Our recent business trip to a hotel in Rheine was pretty comfortable with excellent proximity to the town's top attractions. the location was perfect as it was just a few minutes from the train station, and the surrounding area is filled with decent shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, with a well-designed bathroom, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning.

however, there were a few pitfalls that need to be addressed. There was no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, which would have been preferable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service. The staff, Jörg and Franziska, were incredibly helpful and their English was impeccable. They provided us with great recommendations on where to eat in the area.

This place is in a great location. I can easily be at the bus or train station and I'm basically in the city center with lovely market stalls just outside the hotel. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate my every need. I also love that they have a nice buffet breakfast included in the reservation.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to book in the weekend.
