Our romantic escape was completely ruined when we discovered that our room had a malfunctioning shower. the staff was very slow to respond and did not offer us a solution until the next day.

One major disappointment was the lack of in-room safes. It would have been much more convenient to have a safe to store our valuables instead of having to deposit them at the reception.
