I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had modern facilities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in between the shopping street and the river. We were able to easily explore the city on foot. the hotel courtyard was a great spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, they had a self-service refrigerator where we could get drinks and pay for them at the end of our stay.

Our room did not have tea making facilities or a fridge, which we missed. Additionally, the WiFi in our room was quite poor, with weak signal and frequent cutouts.

The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the picturesque area with its attractions, bars, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, being close to the river was a major plus. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were in good order. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious fresh bread and other items, making it outstanding. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness during my stay.

I was delighted to find that the room had air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of high quality, with good products and a variety of options to choose from.

Everything was more than satisfactory and exceeded my expectations.

Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the historic old town district. We were able to explore the beautiful Altstadt within a short walking distance. Additionally, the daily breakfast provided an excellent selection of food and drink, including cooked items to order.

One downside of our stay was the lack of a reservation for Christmas dinner. We were not informed beforehand that a reservation was required and were disappointed to find out we couldn't have dinner at the hotel.
