This hotel is perfectly located near the Kempton Christmas market, in the heart of the pedestrian zone. Everything is within walking distance, making it so convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the breakfast is delicious with plenty of tasty options to choose from.

There is a language barrier with some staff members, making communication a bit challenging.

I spent a lovely Christmas at this cozy hotel in the heart of the town. The staff was friendly and always had a warm smile on their faces. The breakfast choices were superb, with lots of cold meats and cheese, and the room was meticulously clean. The location of the hotel was a plus, close to all the city's attractions, making my walks in the snow easier.

Sadly, there was no on-site parking, which made it inconvenient for me to carry the luggage during the cold season. the reception had limited hours, so it was challenging when I needed to communicate with them during off-hours.
