No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in dit appartement. Het was zeer schoon en comfortabel. Toen we vroeg aankwamen, deden ze hun best om onze kamer zo snel mogelijk beschikbaar te stellen. Ze lieten ons zelfs onze bagage achterlaten zodat we meteen Coimbra konden verkennen. De locatie was perfect. Het was slechts een paar minuten lopen van het treinstation en er waren veel goede restaurants in de buurt. Gelukkig de badkamer was onlangs gerenoveerd.

Everything was fantastic.

The location is perfect, being right near the train station and within walking distance of all the attractions in the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a fan and even an usb adapter. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the parking lot right by our window. The Italian restaurant on site was a great bonus, offering a variety of delicious dishes at reasonable prices.

The hotel cancellation policy was a bit unfair, as cancelling would result in a significant loss of money.

As a guest at Hotel Goldener Hirsch, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, from our initial email request to check-out. The mattress in our room was the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. The breakfast was lovely, with a continuous supply of delicious food. To make our Easter stay even more special, our little one found a chocolate bunny at the breakfast table - a delightful touch. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and the Opera.

I was stung by a bee in my neck, but the staff at Hotel Goldener Hirsch were incredibly helpful. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to find tweezers and assist me. The location was perfect, close to the station and town centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un très beau quartier et à proximité du métro. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied en seulement 15 minutes. La chambre au dernier étage offrait une vue magnifique sur le parc en face, c'était génial ! Le petit-déjeuner était très complet et l'endroit avait une ambiance originale et agréable. Le personnel était chaleureux et accueillant.
