The location was superb, with easy access to public transport. The U-bahn and S-bahn stations were very close by, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was kept immaculately clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable time. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

the room itself may not have been the best, but what really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to accommodate the guests who were participating in the Berlin marathon by arranging an earlier breakfast on the morning of the race. I was pleasantly surprised by this attention to detail and it really made a difference. the location of the hotel was also convenient, just a minute's walk from the nearest U-bahn station, making it easy to get to central Berlin. there were plenty of nice restaurants close by for evening dining.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. It was easy to get to from Tegel airport with public transport. the rooms were comfortable and I was impressed with the level of cleanliness. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to make sure my breakfast was warm and even accompanied me to a nearby bar. the area felt safe and it was a peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Graf Puckler. the hotel was smart and the staff were so helpful. They even ensured that our bikes were securely locked up. the location was perfect for the marathon and they opened the kitchen early for breakfast to accommodate runners. the rooms were comfortable and the cleanliness level was impressive. the accessibility to public transportation was convenient, with U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations nearby. the breakfast was delicious and the view from our room was lovely. an excellent and cozy place to stay.

The hotel has a distinctive personality and a Christian ethos amongst some staff. Good value single rooms. Convenient location near Metro station. Historical feel and clean rooms. Cold continental breakfast available. Helpful and friendly staff, particularly at reception and buffet.
