I absolutely loved my recent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were exceptionally clean and had a cozy atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the furniture and carpets seemed to be new. The location was convenient, with easy parking options and only a short walk from the train station. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Haus Berlin!

Although my overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. Also, I encountered some difficulty with the front door intercom upon arrival, but the issue was promptly resolved with a phone call to the management.

The hotel is situated in a nice upper-class neighborhood, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, with good quality furnishings and comfortable linens. The staff is accommodating and friendly, going the extra mile to provide an extra bed for our young son. The breakfast served is great, offering a variety of options to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located close to relatives, making it an ideal choice for us.

The language barrier with the staff made communication difficult and the bathtube pipe was not functioning properly.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere with lovely rooms, full size bathroom, mini bar, and safe. Dining room open during the day with hot drinks. Continental breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, fruit, cheese, and cold meats. Flexible check-out option offered and staff communicated well in English. Convenient location near Rhein and short walk to shops.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, especially in the well-equipped rooms with a comfortable bed and a bathtub. The breakfast spread, despite some items running out, is satisfactory and the staff does their best to cater to the guests' needs.

The breakfast area was nice and the breakfast was tasty. the hotel was located in a quiet environment.

The single rooms were extremely small, with sloping ceilings that made it difficult to move around. the bathroom was also very cramped.

Quiet room, excellent bathroom, easy check out system, suitable for short stay. Great location, accommodating staff, clean furnishings and linens, good breakfast.

Not one thing.

Location perfect, fabulous staff, accommodating, well-equipped room, excellent shower, comfortable bed.

Everything is what i need and want.
