The hotel had air conditioning, which was great because it was very hot out. the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food. the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was located on the edge of town, which meant fewer dining options nearby. the location was far from the city center, making it difficult to access some popular tourist destinations without transportation.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated just by the tram stop that takes you into the city center of Heidelberg.

We had a short stay at this hotel while visiting the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice with a good shower. The staff at reception was extremely helpful, providing wifi access and arranging tram tickets for us. The tram stop right outside the hotel was convenient, and the noise was not an issue. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the restaurant looked lovely. Ample parking was available. we had a great experience and would happily book again.

Totally recommend this hotel.
