Good value for money. Central location, close to shops and city center. Helpful staff recommended affordable parking nearby. Family room on ground floor with spacious, clean bedrooms. Cool room with fan provided. Excellent breakfast, even when arriving late. Convenient 10-minute walk to Alt stadt. 👍

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to all the main streets and attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and basic amenities. The value for money was excellent, as the prices were very reasonable. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the positive experience I had at this hotel.

All was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant areas, and a short tram ride to the old city. The rooms met our expectations, being clean, spacious, and well-equipped.

We enjoyed the central location that allowed us to easily access the city's attractions and shopping. the room was spotless and equipped with a power shower which was refreshing after a long day out exploring the city. We were also impressed with the friendly reception staff who provided us with helpful directions and suggestions for things to see and do.

The traffic noise in the room was quite loud and disruptive to our sleep. the room was inadequately heated and we had to request an electric heater to stay warm.

We stayed in two triple rooms at Hotel Herzog and found them to be spacious and clean. The staff was warm and friendly, providing helpful information about the area. The location was a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant areas, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offered breakfast, but we discovered a nearby restaurant with an extensive breakfast menu that we absolutely loved. we had a pleasant stay at Hotel Herzog and would recommend it for budget travelers.
