The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram stop, making it easy to access the city center and the Congress Center. The room was well-equipped and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices, and the breakfast options were tasty and satisfying. there were parking facilities available, ensuring a hassle-free experience for guests with cars.

It would have been nice if there was air conditioning in the room, especially during hot weather.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was well maintained and offered a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and provided plenty of options to choose from. The hotel’s proximity to public transportation made it easy to get around.

The parking situation at the hotel was pretty chaotic and limited, which was a bit of a hassle during peak times. Additionally, the staff members were not particularly welcoming or accommodating, and this made the stay feel less enjoyable. while the hotel had some great qualities to offer, there were a few areas that could use improvement.
